By accessing our website, submitting a form, or booking a demo class, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. About Our Services
Bright Tuition Delhi NCR acts as a platform connecting parents/students with independent home and online tutors for various subjects, classes, and boards. We facilitate the introduction and matching process; we do not directly employ tutors as staff members.
3. Eligibility
Our services are meant for use by parents, guardians, or adult students. By submitting your details, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to share it (including on behalf of a minor student).
4. Tutor Matching Process
- Upon submitting your requirement, we aim to connect you with a suitable, background-checked tutor within 30 minutes to a few hours, subject to availability.
- We offer a free demo class so you can evaluate the tutor before any commitment.
- If the assigned tutor is not a good fit, we offer easy tutor replacement, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Fees and Payments
- Tuition fees, registration charges, or convenience fees (if any) will be communicated to you clearly before you make a payment.
- All payments must be made through the modes specified by us. We are not responsible for payments made directly to a tutor outside our platform without our knowledge.
- Fees once paid are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when submitting a request
- Treat tutors with respect and provide a safe environment for home tuition sessions
- Make timely payments as per the agreed schedule
- Inform us promptly of any concerns regarding a tutor or session
7. Tutor Conduct
While we background-check and verify tutors before onboarding them, we cannot guarantee the conduct of any individual tutor at all times. If you experience any issue with a tutor’s conduct, please report it to us immediately so we can take appropriate action, including replacement or removal from our platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bright Tuition Delhi NCR facilitates the connection between students/parents and tutors but is not liable for:
- The academic outcomes or performance of any student
- Any dispute, loss, or damage arising directly between a tutor and a student/parent
- Delays or unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability, if any, will be limited to the amount of fees paid by you for the specific service in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Bright Tuition Delhi NCR and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for any user who violates these Terms, provides false information, or engages in abusive or unlawful conduct toward our team or tutors.
